Day 3- Adventure Puerto Rico

Day 3 in fabulous Puerto Rico we adventured! First, we drove out to a town called Fajardo and went to a public beach which was certainly not touristy- we felt like real locals soaking up the sun. After a few hours on the beach we drove up the mountain to El Yunque- the national Rain Forest. We had some fun climbing around the waterfall and some great views from the top of the mountain. That night we drove through Old Town San Juan which had beautiful cobble stone streets that really felt so much like Europe but the traffic was so heavy that we couldn't even find a place to park so the only shots I got were from the car window. We loved Puerto Rico and hope to go back and see more someday!Posted by Brittany Swanson at 7:07 AM 2 comments
Day 2- Reception

Corey and Tay's wedding reception was at a beautiful reception hall up on the mountain with plenty of gardens. After some Puerto Rican cuisine we got to cut a rug with the latinos and dance lots of Salsa. I think Sam and I have finally found our dancing niche- Salsa! We had a blast dancing the night away outside in the beautiful gardens.Posted by Brittany Swanson at 6:57 AM 0 comments

So crafty
Voila, my latest craft project. Kelly told me I was being selfish by not sharing my craft projects with others- So here is my latest! I am super proud of this messenger bag. I did it in a night because it was a slow weekend for me but a busy one for Sam. I wanted just the right bag for our upcoming summer trips to carry on the plane so I made it myself!
